The Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of SEO to lead, architect, and elevate our organic search strategies. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our mission, taking full ownership of SEO performance for both our agency and our diverse portfolio of local business clients. You will translate complex search data into actionable, high-impact growth strategies that directly increase visibility, leads, and revenue for the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Strategy: Define and execute the overarching technical, on-page, and local SEO roadmaps across client portfolios.
• Drive Local Visibility: Optimize local search presence, localized landing pages, and structured schema networks to ensure our clients dominate their local markets.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with cross-functional web development, content, and sales teams to integrate technical SEO seamlessly into site architectures and marketing funnels.
• Analyze & Report: Establish key performance indicators, monitor search metrics, and provide clear, data-backed insights to stakeholders and clients.
